At Omni Nail Bar, we strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure the best possible visit, please review the following policies:

Appointments

• Walk-ins are always welcome, but we encourage booking in advance to better accommodate your needs.
• Schedule appointments via our website at OmniNailBar.com, through our iOS/Android app, or by calling us at 615-668-0604.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to unwind and enjoy a complimentary beverage before your service.
• If you’re running late, notify us so we can do our best to provide your full service. However, delays may impact our ability to complete the appointment.
• Not all services are available for online booking. Contact us for specific reservations or requests.
• A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Payments can be made on the day of your service with cash, credit card, or gift card.

• For parties of four or more, a credit card is required at the time of booking.
• While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes upon arrival, no-shows within the group will be charged for their scheduled services.

• Cancellations for both individual and group bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 10% service charge.

• Gratuities are not included in service prices and are left to your discretion.
• Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities.

• Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for securing appointments, no-show fees, or gratuities.

Personal checks are not accepted.

• Feel free to request a male or female nail artist/cosmetologist.
• For your safety, we only use salon-provided tools, products, and polishes.
• Our salon is a smoke-free environment, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
• To maintain a peaceful setting, please set mobile devices to silent or vibrate.
• Omni Nail Bar is not responsible for lost/stolen items, personal belongings, or damage to clothing or accessories.

WE DO NOT offer refunds on services, but we are committed to making things right to ensure your satisfaction.

We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Safety concerns
• Medical conditions
• Inappropriate behavior

• Standard services include one complimentary drink (champagne, wine, beer, or soft drink).
• Complimentary alcoholic beverages are limited to one drink per guest per visit.
• Alcohol is not served to guests under 21 or those who appear intoxicated.
